What you’ll do
Under the supervision of the Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SAP Labs France, the individual in this role will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of all projects related to sustainable economy and the energy policy management of the sites in Mougins, Caen, and Levallois Perret.
Management and Coordination of Sustainability Projects:
- Manage, coordinate, and ensure the execution of projects related to sustainable economy and energy policy management of the Mougins site, as well as occasionally for the sites in Caen and Levallois Perret.
- Assist SAP Labs France in complying with ISO 14001 standards and ensure proactive monitoring.
- Actively contribute to the company’s energy transition and participate in its evolution.
- Document and share the activities carried out, and support internal and external communication related to CSR (e.g., generating reports, emails).
Event Coordination and Management:
- Coordinate and help organize events for our clients and partners within our AI Customer Experience Center.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the success of events, from planning to execution.
Internal and External Partnerships:
- Manage partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders such as local authorities, associations, and companies.
- Participate in administrative activities within the company’s Administration service in coordination with the operations management assistant.
Collaboration Within SAP Labs France:
- Work closely with HR, Finance, General Services, and other group entities.
- Share knowledge on various topics to ensure cross-training and the evolution of established processes and activities.
Interactions with Partners and Customers:
- External: 30%

• Proficiency in Office suite, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and French
Education:
• Master’s degree in Economic Sciences, Project Management, Business Schools. Prior experience in a corporate environment is desired
Mobility:
• Driver’s license recommended, travel around Sophia Antipolis/Nice
Meet your team
At SAP Labs France, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate apprentice to join our team as a Sustainability Projects Assistant (70%) and Event Management in our AI Customer Experience Center (30%).
Duration: 1 or 2 years
Start date: August 2025
This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
