This position contributes to our vision by:
• Supporting standardization initiatives across business units;
• Coordinating with the engineering team to implement company engineering strategies;
• Defining material sorting and grouping to match the process sequence and aid manufacturing;
• Resolving problems related to the manufacturing process;
• Providing support to improves process layout to optimize product flow;

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Decision Science; prefer a field of study in Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum Junior year or with equivalent credits, and a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week Monday – Friday
• Prefer experience with project management, lean manufacturing and/or time studies
